Target Levels from the American Diabetes Association
Before Meals: 80-120 mg/dl
Two Hours After a Meal: 140-150 mg/dl
At Bedtime: 100-140 mg/dl
Blood Pressure: Below 130/80
Total Cholesterol: Below 200 mg/dl
HDL: Above 45 mg/dl LDL: Below 100 mg/dl
Hemoglobin A1c: Below 7%
